This policy explains what personal information Nativa collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, such as our e-commerce and checkout platform, payment processors, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, email providers, and analytics and advertising partners. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

If we use advertising tools (for example Meta or Google), they may set cookies to measure which ads led to a visit or purchase. Where the law treats this as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, you can opt out on our Do not sell or share my info page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. Email hello@nativa.com with the request and the email you ordered with. We verify your identity by email and reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, and we limit who can access your information.
