Try Nativa Gut Reset for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If you’re not happy with it, for any reason, we refund what you paid for the product.

• Opened or not. You don’t need to send back unused capsules.
• No return shipping. Keep the bottle; we don’t ask for it back.
• No questions. A short email is enough.

How to get your refund

1. Email hello@nativa.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number or the email address you ordered with.
3. We confirm within one business day and refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

Bundles

The guarantee covers every bottle in your order, including 3-bottle and 5-bottle bundles.

Shipping charges

The $4.95 shipping charge on orders under $60 is not refundable, except when the package arrived damaged or never arrived.
