These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Nativa (“Nativa”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and health information
Nativa Gut Reset is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use only as directed on the label and keep out of reach of children.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any payment in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our commerce and payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Promotions
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be combined unless stated otherwise.
Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you let us display it on our site and channels. We never edit a review in a way that changes its meaning, and we tell you before using your name or photo in advertising.
Intellectual property
The Nativa name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Nativa. Please don’t reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown here, with its date, applies to orders placed while it is posted.
